These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pietraharmony.com and Difference CRM, including its web platform and mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"), provided by Pietra Harmony LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services
Difference CRM is a customer relationship management and sales automation platform for businesses. Features may change over time as we improve the Services.

2. Accounts
Accounts are created for businesses and their authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@pietraharmony.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages, to violate any law or the rights of others, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts.

4. Your Data
You and your organization retain ownership of the data you store in the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees
Paid plans, fees and billing terms are set out in your order or service agreement with us.

6. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as email, calendar, messaging and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the Difference CRM name, software and content, are owned by Pietra Harmony LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pietra Harmony LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
