Pietra Harmony LLC ("Pietra Harmony", "we", "us") operates pietraharmony.com and develops and publishes Difference CRM, a customer relationship management platform available on the web and as mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name and login credentials provided when an account is created.

Business data: contacts, leads, conversations, appointments, notes, files and other records that you or your organization store in the Services. We process this data on behalf of your organization.

Usage and device information: app version, device type, operating system, IP address, crash and diagnostic data, and push notification tokens.

Support communications: messages you send to our support team.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services and your account, to send service notifications, reminders and push notifications you enable, to provide customer support, to keep the Services secure and fix errors, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and the Difference CRM app does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, messaging and payment providers) under agreements that require them to protect it; when required by law; or with your consent. Administrators of your organization's account can access data within that account.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app, where available, or by emailing info@pietraharmony.com. We delete the data unless we are required by law to keep certain records.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. International Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 "KVKK"), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
